Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or 3-4 years relevant experience required.

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong culinary and managerial skills with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in menu creation, bringing creativity and expertise to develop enticing dishes.

  • Manage and lead kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Responsible for ordering and purchasing stock, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

  • Design and execute visually appealing plating for dishes, elevating the presentation.

  • Enforce nutrition, safety, and sanitation standards to uphold the highest quality.

  • Ensure the overall quality of meals served, maintaining consistency and excellence.

  • Proficient Computer Skills​

Minimum Salary: 57K
